Job Title: Seasonal Holiday Light Installer / General Roof & Siding Crew Labor

We have four to five seasonal part-time Holiday Light Installer / Roof Technician positions available 20-40 hours per week. This is a seasonal position, running mid October through mid February.

Job Description: Install Christmas lights on rooftops and other outdoor areas for residential properties, gutter cleanings, install gutter guards, supply runs, job cleanups and other small misc. roof technician type of responsibilities throughout the season.. We will supply ladders and all tools.  This position also includes taking down lights in January and February along with any service calls throughout the season.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Must be comfortable / willing and able to climb ladders (up to 40ft)
• Must be able to work in cold weather and winter conditions and able to perform manual labor up to 8-12 hours per day
• Capable of lifting 40-50lbs
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to work well on a team
• English Speaking
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Required) & clean criminal record

Previous light installation, landscaping or / roofing experience is a plus.

Work Hours & Compensation: This is a part time – seasonal position for 3-5 days a week starting at the middle to end of October. Pay is $18 to 21 per hour based on experience. Some weeks will be a full 40 hours per week! Some positions can start earlier than others to support gutter cleanings.
