We are seeking a detail-oriented Project & Field Operations Specialist to support our production team in the field with coordinating and managing projects.

Job Description: In this role, you will report to our Project & Field Operations Sr. Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the needs of daily projects, ensuring effective communication between team members, crews and customers and onsite coordination of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the Project Manager and customers to schedule projects, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are communicated clearly.
2. Obtaining Permits and ordering materials for upcoming projects, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery.
3. Maintaining daily organization and cleanliness of our warehouse facility to support overall operational efficiency.
4. Delivering materials, tools, and supplies to job sites daily, ensuring adequate stock levels of necessary supplies at all times.
5.  Managing subcontractor crews onsite daily to ensure job criteria and expectations are met daily.
6. Facilitating change orders with the customer, project management team and subcontractor crews
7. Picking up and returning rented equipment in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure availability.
8. Assisting with job site cleanup and material disposal, ensuring a safe and organized working environment.
9. Facilitating truck maintenance for the team when needed, ensuring optimal vehicle performance for daily operations.
10. Maintaining relationships with vendors and subcontractor crews, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise.
11. Communicating project timelines and updates to the team, ensuring all members are informed about schedule changes and logistics.
12. Supporting project planning by providing timely feedback and insights from the field to improve operational processes.

Job Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience managing or assisting with projects – roofing, siding or exteriors preferred
2. Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving and criminal record.
3. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and collaborating with team members and clients.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
6. Familiarity with roofing materials and tools (preferred).
7. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
8. Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision, ensuring accountability in all tasks.
9.  Timely, punctual and ok with early starts and willingness to work Saturdays when needed

Schedule and Compensation: Full Time Position Available – Starts Daily @ 8am up to 40 hours per week. Compensation Based on Experience $23 to $26 per hour.
