Job Description:
As a Roofing / Siding / Exteriors Repair Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our team, executing repairs with precision and ensuring our clients’ roofs and siding are in top-notch condition.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Repair Management:
- Your typical day involves completing repair work orders assigned by our repair team manager which can encompass various roofing and siding repairs, skylight repairs and installation, gutter cleaning and other exterior repair work.
- Additionally, you’ll be vigilant on the job, looking for any potential issues that might have been overlooked and recommending additional work when necessary. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction is evident in every project we undertake
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years with a roofing / construction company working specifically with roof/siding/gutter repairs
- Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
- Self-Starter: Must be able to work independently and demonstrate reliability
- Computer Skills: Proficient in a Construction CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. preferred
- Problem Solver: Ability to identify problems and propose solutions.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs.
- Punctuality: Timely, punctual, willing to start early and work Saturdays when needed.
- Must HAVE a valid DL and clean driving record
- Must want to grow with a family-owned company

Schedule and Compensation:
This is a full-time position starts daily at 8am
Compensation based on experience: $26-$29 per hour. Overtime available.
