Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Roofing and Siding Sales Estimator to join our team. This position requires a willingness to work at heights, engage with customers, and help them choose the right solutions for their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an eagerness to learn, and experience with Xactimate and CRM systems is a plus. This is a full time W-2 role, not 1099.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site consultations with customers to assess roofing and siding needs.
• Present product offerings and create customized solutions for clients.
• Utilize Xactimate and CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working at heights.
• Proven experience in sales is preferred, but not required.
• Experience with Xactimate and CRM software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must possess a valid and clean driving record.
